MEANING & HISTORY
What does Senen mean?
The Real Academia Galega lists unaccented Senen as the Basque counterpart of Senén but leaves the saint-name’s etymology obscure. Independently, Peru’s RENIEC records SENEN as a Shipibo-Konibo personal name from a word covering end, summit, just and exact senses.
These histories are separate, and neither identifies a Philippine bearer’s ancestry.
